How Does It Work?
Colleagues are all given a different djembe drum or percussion shaker. Someone takes the lead, and begins to beat out a rhythm.
Participants then have to listen to the beat, and join in when they feel they can add something unique. Everyone plays a different but complimentary rhythm.
This forces your team to listen to each other, and work together. If big project is getting too much, or there?s a conflict of ideas, beating out the tension in a corporate drum circle is a great idea. Got it yet?
