Many of PowerMoves Pilates clients are enthralled by the benefits of the lengthening and strengthening exercises performed on the Pilates Reformer. The resistance of springs, pulleys and weights that are built into this machine heightens the effects of your achievements, as you work out with the help of your Pilates instructor. Pilates Control class is a Beginner Pilates Reformer class that encourages correct breathing, alignment and form while promoting functional strength of all abdominal and back muscles helping you to enjoy daily activities and sports with greater ease and less chance of injury.

Pilates Power is an Intermediate Pilates Reformer class that takes you one step further emphasizing complete concentration on smooth, flowing movements executed with power and efficiency for good posture, sports performance and optimal health.

Cardio Pilates is conducted on the intermediate Pilates Reformer, interval challenges are included to enhance your cardiovascular output and help burn more calories and dissolve fat.

Circuit Pilates is conducted on the various Pilates Machines, a number of compound movements are carefully executed with an eye to perfecting every possible detail for an effective, efficient and balanced workout of Pilates exercises.

Pilates has emerged as a technique preferred by the discerning and sophisticated fitness enthusiast. Many of Power Moves Pilates clients enjoy our Pilates Matwork classes for the variety and grace it provides using gravity and one's own body weight to challenge every move from where one works out on the Mat.

Pilates Core is a Beginner Pilates Mat class devoted to proper breathing, correct spinal and pelvic alignment while strengthening the deepest abdominal muscles which results in flat abs and a strong back.

Pilates Strength is an Intermediate Pilates Mat class aimed at correcting all muscular imbalance, improving muscle elasticity and joint mobility resulting in a long, lean and flexible evenly-conditioned body.

PreNatal Pilates is a PreNatal Pilates Mat class to develop functionally strong abdominals, a flexible and powerful pelvic floor, and a supportive back in you. Achieving ideal alignment and coordinating movement with breath will ensure your pregnancy is a comfortable, rewarding and wonderful experience.

Pilates Balance works with Pilates props and requires concentration, control and precision to create a balanced, lithe and integrated body; with desired results that stay with you for life.

As instructors have to be committed in advance and class slots are reserved based on your preference, a full 24-hour cancellation notice is required or charges will apply. Other studio policies includes pre-registration and pre-payment are required for all classes/sessions, we require your credit card details to reserve your first appointment, all classes/sessions have an expiry date, no refunds, transfers or exceptions for classes/sessions not used. Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit to complete your registration form and prepare for your class/session. Clean socks are required for all classes/sessions.
